Craxfit is a professional functional training facility to help progress individuals and groups towards a higher level performance. The gym is run by former Falkirk Football Club Captain David McCracken who has 20 years of experience playing as a professional. David's experience and knowledge will help professionals and amateurs reach new levels in their sport. The facility is open to youth and grassroots teams, clubs and individuals from the worlds of football, rugby, basketball, gymnasts, table tennis, golf, boxers and tennis. Any sport or athlete that requires cardio, strength, conditioning and endurance training.
