Hi I’m Karim Kinch and I own BetterBodies Personal Training Studios: We specialise in helping 25- to 40-year-old women feel strong, confident and healthy, and look great in or out of their clothes.
We believe in honesty, integrity and giving a great service.
Our purpose is to help the women of Harrow and Wembley to feel strong, confident and beautiful.
I have had the privilege of working with women of all shapes and sizes who have not only transformed their bodies but their whole outlook on life.
One of our clients was painfully underweight when she came to us with very low self esteem. I remember her coming to me after about a year of training with us with a big smile on her face because for the first time in her adult life she felt confident enough to wear a pair of shorts and had gotten a string of compliments on her way in.
