Youths - 10-15 Yr Olds: Mon & Thurs 18:30-19:30pm (all welcome). Wed 18:00-19:00 (Dev squad only)
BOX FIT for all - Wed 19:30-20:45
Seniors – 16 years+: Mon, Tues & Thurs 19:30-21:00pm
Women Only Class EBC women: Tuesday 18.30-19.30pm
Box-Fit Classes - 16 years+ Wed 17.30-18.45pm
D.I.Y Fridays - 16 years+ : Every Friday 18.00-19.00pm
'Pads with Dads': Saturday 12:00-13:00pm
