General information
We are the Academy of Tae Kwon Do. We teach the TAGB style (one of the largest organisations of tae kwon do) which is based on self-defence and defence for the weak. Why choose Tae Kwon Do? Tae Kwon Do boosts confidence, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, self defence, fitness as well as team working skills and many other aspects. Our club has been running for over 25 years now and we aim to teach self defence to anyone! Come along and try it out, your first week of training is free!
When and where we train:
Monday - Canwick Village Hall from 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Tuesday & Friday - Moorland Community centre 6:45pm - 7:45pm (extra session after of 15/30 minutes)
Thursday - Branston Village Hall 6pm - 7pm
We also have fitness training run by one of the black belts on a Wednesday 7pm-8pm and Saturday 10pm-11pm at the Moorland Community Centre.
