Mel is a qualified Professional Coach who has been trained using the competencies and methodology as set by The Association for Coaching; following a code of ethics with full transparency for the clients. Mel has also trained in Mindfulness and incorporates the ethos of this into all her sessions.
“What is coaching”? Coaching is different to counselling and mentoring in that we are future focussed working towards client initiated goals in a positive and empathetic way. Working in a confidential environment, we are able to facilitate long lasting changes in confidence, a positive attitude regarding self-awareness and provide coping strategies for the future. In brief, Coaching is a short-term solution providing long lasting changes, a holistic approach with sustainability.
