Michael is a fully qualified/insured level 3 therapist specialising in therapeutic deep-tissue & relaxing/calming massage treatments, Organic Facial/Skincare treatments for men & women, Hopi Ear candles, Pre Natal Massage. He is also a trained Fitness Pilates instructor offering one to one or couples lessons, beginners a speciality.
Michael aims to help you and your body deal with the stress & strains of everyday life and the effects this has on the body as a whole, your mind and inner sense of well-being enabling it to heal and restore itself naturally.
In 2013, Michael completed 3 months as a volunteer massage therapist for Notts County Football Club.
Michael also offers Wellness in the Workplace with local companies. Get in touch if you or your employer would be interested in this. In addition he runs "Wellbeing in your home" parties.
