About me: My name is Jack Fymruk, I'm in my very very late 20's and have a huge passion for sports & fitness. I started hitting the gym a few years ago after a lay off from exercise (football) due to illness and was instantly hooked. Last year I decided to take that passion further and studied to be a Level 3 Personal Trainer, which I successfully passed and am now fully qualified and ready to help you achieve the body you've always dreamed of!

*1 on 1 personal training in the comfort of your own home or nearby setting (Park etc)
*Group training - 2, 3, 4 people (will reduce the cost per person)
