I am a fully qualified instructor, registered with the Driving Standards Agency and you can recognise this by the green ADI badge I hold.

The car that you will be instructed in is a brand new Vauxall Corsa 1.3 Ecoflex.

Learning to Drive

New Drivers

In order to start taking lessons you must be 17 years or over and hold a provisional driving licence.

Theory Test And Hazard Perception

You will need to pass both the Theory and HP test at the same time, before you can apply for your practical driving test.

The Theory part of the exam is to test your knowledge and understanding of various aspects of driving. So, being prepared is key to success.

Hazard Perception tests your ability to identify both potential and developing hazards by a series of computer clips.

Practical Driving Test

“Show me, tell me” checks your understanding of basic car maintenance and how to identify that the vehicle controls are working correctly.

The practical part of the test will assess your ability to drive to the required standard sought by the DSA.

Refresher Training

If you have already passed your driving test and hold a full licence, I can offer refresher training. This will be tailored to suit your own individual requirements.

The Driving Instructor

I am a fully qualified driving instructor who is patient, friendly and very supportive. I passed all the qualifying exams to be an Approved Driving Instructor. I hold a *green ADI badge, which only fully qualified instructors carry.

I offer a structured lesson plan to ensure pupils receive the correct level of training for every stage. The lessons are tailored to suit each individual, to ensure they are both effective and enjoyable. My aim is to provide high quality driving tuition, in a safe and pleasant training environment.

The car we provide is a Vauxall Corsa. The Corsa offers comfort and safety to ensure you have an enjoyable driving experience on your lessons.

The specification includes air conditioning, fully adjustable seats, electric mirrors, dual controls and numerous other safety features.

The older car can be hired for private tuition. Please enquire for details
