DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

PRE and POST NATAL MASSAGE

This treatment increases blood flow which it turn provides more oxygen and nutrients to both mother and baby, reduces fluid retention, stabilizes hormonal levels and soothes and relaxes the nervous system thereby promoting a feeling of calm and easing stress.
