AMBER is a protective gem stone with healing properties. It helps to balance emotions, clear the mind, releases negative energies and encourages the body to heal itself. It is also the colour of a blissful golden beach-framed sunset. It is a reminder that joy is found within and projected out into the world.

KINESIOLOGY was developed by Chiropractors and uses the body's bio-feedback mechanism by muscle testing, which is a practice utilised by Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Orthopaedic Practitioners and many other health professionals. Systematic Kinesiology links this neuro-muscular feedback system with study of the lymphatic system and the energy systems used in Acupuncture in order to gain information about how the body is functioning as a whole. Systematic Kinesiology provides a natural and holistic approach to health care; it is safe, drug-free and suitable for anyone. It is an ideal form of preventative health care as well as useful tool to diagnose and treat health issues and dis-ease in the body/mind.

SOMATIC MOVEMENT is a method of re-patterning our habitual ways of moving that may not be serving us well or may even be causing pain and tension. Somatic Movement teaches mindfullness in motion and function by making showing the body how it should be working and then creating new neuromuscular connections.
