Our aims are to increase social interaction, monitor mood, physical health, mental health and “have fun”, hopefully avoiding carer breakdown and hospital admissions, and living life to our full potential in our later years, hence our name..."Later Life Living”.
We offer Social Inclusion, Reminiscence Work, Memory Games, Anxiety / Depression Management, Beauty Therapies (i.e. hand / arm massage and nail care), Light Exercises, Chair Yoga, Relaxation Techniques, Art & Craft, Singing for the Brain, Gardening, Board Games, Puzzles, Musical Bingo, Keyboard, Pool, Karaoke, Table Tennis, Subbuteo and Life Stories to name but a few.
All activities are “person centred” promoting and supporting individuality, lifting mood and returning / rebuilding confidence through social inclusion and recreational interaction.
We also offer an "Emergency Respite Day Care" service for any day time emergencies at short notice.
