General information

Six beautiful homes set within the grounds of an exclusive equestrian centre. Each one is individually named after a famous race horse - 'Nijinski', 'Red Rum', 'Desert Orchid', 'Secretariat', 'Arkle' and 'Northern Dancer'. These homes cater for between one and six people, all of which accept pets and two are disabled friendly. Bookings are available throughout the year.

Ballavartyn is an ideal location from which you can go out and explore the Manx countryside, just 5 minutes from Douglas, is close to the airport, sea terminal and a whole host of local attractions.

Home 1 – Nijinski
Sleeps up to 2 guests

This is a charming home is for up to 2 guests. With a cosy dining/living area and open plan kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom with king size bed and small spare room. This can be used as a dressing room/study or a Z bed can be provided if needed. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available upon request. Free Wi-Fi available.

Home 2 - Desert Orchid

This lovely holiday home has a downstairs sitting room with open plan dining/kitchen, a large private patio and bathroom. Upstairs has three double rooms (1 with zip and lock beds so can be separated) with marvellous views over the orchard and fields. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Home 3 – Secretariat
