Magnetic North East CIC is a multi-faceted company. We provide traditional and contemporary music, song and dance for weddings and events http://www.magneticnortheast.com/agency/
We also offer our Commission-a-tune service for a unique and very personal gift or memento http://www.magneticnortheast.com/commission-a-tune-1/
We support creative artists based in the NE of England and the borders (the area covered by the ancient kingdom of Northumbria) and promote our regional traditions such as Northumbrian piping, Rapper and clog dancing, Border Ballads and more.

Magnetic North East was born out of a love for the region: its music, arts, culture, heritage, places and people; its long history of creativity; its strong sense of identity coupled with its adaptability and receptiveness to change.

We believe that by focusing on and celebrating regional culture we can promote a more positive external image for the region and its traditions, and an improved awareness and sense of self-esteem internally.

We are part of a community which takes great pride and pleasure in the cultural and natural heritage of the North East of England (the area covered by the ancient kingdom of Northumbria).
