Kay initially trained as a Holistic Massage Therapist then went on to train in Sports Massage, Advanced Medical Acupuncture, Assisted Tool Massage, Physiotherapy Techniques and Advanced techniques for the Lower Back and Spine. Kay blends her treatment depending on your needs and will discuss this before the treatment. Home- care techniques are given in order to provide you with the ability to help yourself and aid in a faster recovery.
