SOSA Dance Fitness® is completely unique, with elements of Latin, Salsa, Ballroom and numerous international dance styles being brought together to create one fantastic fusion of dance fitness!

• Safe and effective - No high impact aerobic element. Specifically choreographed to be low impact on joints providing a safe and effective workout program
Our classes appeal to everyone and cater for all age groups…we have people from the age of 14 to 65 who attend our classes regularly.
Every routine is broken down into easy-to-teach sections which can be delivered at different speeds and levels of difficulty, accommodating people of all fitness levels and ability.
Classes cost £5 each on a pay-as-you-go basis - Discounted prices available for block bookings.
Mon 10.45am-11.30am @ Rhodes Centre
Tues 6.30pm-7.15pm @ Rhodes Centre
Weds 7.15pm-8pm @ Leventhorpe Leisure Centre
