Welcome to Prestige Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We are a family run carpet and upholstery cleaning company in domestic and commercial carpet cleaning based Just outside Great Yarmouth. We serve a wide range of clients from the average home owner, landlords, estate agents to larger commercial premises, pubs and restaurants, holiday homes, static caravans, business centres and many more. We undertake all types of different carpet and upholstery cleaning tasks tailored to suit the individual requirements.

We cover a 25 mile radius from Great Yarmouth. We are fully trained by one of the UK’s biggest supplier and manufacturers of carpet and upholstery chemicals and equipment, PROCHEM.

We pride ourselves on giving our customers honest advice and a trustworthy service at competitive prices. Fully insured, DBS checked and documentation is always available on request including Material safety data sheets, Insurance documents, Training certificates, Norfolk Trusted trader certificate, Terms and Conditions are printed on the back of your pre cleaning survey that is carried out prior to starting any job.

We offer a high standard service which involves preparing the carpet for the clean using our own industrial hoover. Not all carpet cleaning services will provide this additional method of preparation, however we recognize the importance of removing any dry residue to ensure a thorough clean. Following this, your carpet will be sprayed with a pre-spray solution focusing on any marks or stains along the way. Both our pre-spray solution and cleaning solution are considered safe for the environment and your family, including pets. To ensure that your carpets are compatible with our cleaning products, we will carry out a spot test to ensure that we can provide the best clean possible without any damage being caused to more delicate flooring. We will then manually lift the pile of your carpet using a brush to maximize the chance of the deepest clean. Using our PROCHEM machine, we will begin the clean which will leave your carpet noticeably cleaner and refreshed. Our machine allows for fluid extraction during the clean, leaving your carpet dry enough to allow for air ventilation within your home to complete any further drying required.

We are committed to following PAS86:2008 professional inspection, maintenance, cleaning and restoration of textile floor coverings - code of practice.
