General information

Holistic massage is a person centered treatment that incorporates your emotional and mental well-being alongside your physical health. It combines a variety of different bodywork techniques in order to meet the needs of each individual.

My holistic massage treatments are tailored to your individual needs, aiming to help and support you in your everyday life. Your treatment session can be anything from a therapeutic, relaxing massage to release of deeper tension and knotted muscles. How the session goes will depend entirely on how you are feeling in your body and mind at that moment and what you want from it. It will be your time and space.

I trained with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork and hold the Massage Training Institute (MTI) Diploma level 4 in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology. I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is recommended by the Department of Health.

I have worked with a wide range of clients with a variety of physical, mental or emotional health issues. My experience also includes working safely with clients during pregnancy and my treatments can be adapted as a gentle and supportive therapy for elderly clients.

I provide holistic massage treatments at New Images Hair and Beauty Salon in Severn Beach and at Pilning Community Pharmacy. Treatments are available on Mondays, Thursday evenings and Fridays by appointment.
