General information

My name is David George and I am the founder and director of Music Central. I have been teaching music in West London homes for over a decade. I founded Music Central because I believe music is best experienced through community and best learnt with teachers who are actively involved in the UK music scene.

At Music Central we manage teachers who are both talented and passionate about music. We offer them the support they need to bring professional music lessons to musical families. Our home visit teaching program is just the start in a list of great activities and events we offer in the life of the School.

We also host action packed holiday camps and weekend band practices that are designed to bring our juniors and teens into a deeper understanding and appreciation of music. Our courses are all about giving our students an experience in an authentic music environment. Our camps and workshops not only broaden musical perspective but give students a chance to take their skills out of the house or classroom into a more social arena.

We understand that music lessons can be expensive, so we aim to keep our fees reasonable. Home visit rates start at £25 but if you would like to discuss our fees in more detail, we ask that you would please call or inbox us directly.

We teach music of ALL styles to students of ALL ages in ALL areas of London. We can help with grades, music theory or simply provide relaxed music lessons for students who prefer a more casual approach to their instrument. What ever your needs we want to introduce you to a teacher who is just right for you and your family!
