Some key facts about Entanet:

We're a privately owned communications provider of both voice and data connectivity services and have been in business since 1996.

Our customers take our services on a wholesale or resale basis. That is, they either take a wholesale supply from us so that they can create and fully support their own services; or they take our 'ready-made' packaged services and mostly rely on us to provide the technical support and billing services as well. Either way, we help them to sell competitively to their own customers or channel.

By 'voice and data connectviity services' we mean wholesale and packaged broadband, leased lines and Ethernet, IP VPNs, EFM, hosting and colocation, IP telephony (VoIP) and traditional telecoms.

We employ over 80 staff across a variety of teams, from sales and marketing, programming, systems and network engineers, technical support and customer service operatives through to accounts and personnel.

We operate our own fully resilient national next generation network from Glasgow to London, with further connectivity into Amsterdam and Frankfurt. It covers all of the key aggregation points that form BT’s 21st Century Network (21CN), and has up to 10Gbps capacity across the najority of it. We also maintain over 900 peering relationships throughout Europe and manage three state of the art data centres at its Telford HQ as well as space in London.

We're located within a strikingly impressive and authentic Chinese pagoda in Telford, Shropshire, reflecting the company’s Taiwanese heritage.
