General information

This spacious and well planned home offers flexible accommodation, and will appeal to those of you visiting with extended family and/or friends. The exquisite veranda with hot tub will be the perfect place for you to relax after a busy day’s site seeing. Through the entrance door is the spacious hallway, from here you will find doors leading to the kitchen, lounge & ground floor bedroom. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all you may need and boasts a selection of built in appliances. There is also a breakfast area to seat 2/3 people.

Opposite the kitchen you will find the ground floor double bedroom/en-suite shower room, with views to the garden. The L shaped lounge/dining area has a table to seat 8 for formal dining, along with a spacious living area with sofas, large flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. This room is bright and airy and enjoys a triple aspect view.

French doors lead to the large well maintained garden which is mainly laid to lawn, there is a table and chairs for alfresco dining, loungers & BBQ. The private veranda area includes a luxury 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. A wide winding stair case leads to the first floor where there are 3 further bedrooms. The master superking/twin includes an ensuite double shower room, along with a delightful balcony & seating overlooking the garden area. A further double bedroom, one single and the modern family bathroom with full suite can also be found on this floor. An additional Z bed is available on request.
