Who Are We?

We are a Father-Daughter team, based in Antrim town (Northern Ireland) with a business based on hard work, honesty and customer service. Our aim is to provide a better service than any other estate agent in Northern Ireland, and to make selling and buying property an easy and enjoyable experience for you!

A bit about us:

TOM EVANS

Tom has been an estate agent in Antrim town for over 20 years. His knowledge of property in Antrim is second to none, and his many years of experience are evident in his sales records.

Tom is a golf fanatic and spends his free time on the golf course or playing bowls, which he is also rather good at!

Tom is also a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor, and has been over 25 years. Again, this experience means he is well qualified to advise you on your mortgage needs, and is happy to give FREE advice to anyone thinking of buying, selling or re-mortgaging a home. He can also provide you with Health Insurance Cover. For your entire mortgage needs, talk to Tom!

EMMA LITTLE

Tom's daughter Emma joined the family business after completing a degree course at Queen's University, Belfast. She enjoys the personal aspect of the business: Meeting and working with new people on a regular basis.

Emma is married to her long suffering husband, Stephen, and they have a wee boy called Oliver and a girl called Jessica. She is now able to survive on very little sleep and has new found respect for clients who manage to have their homes immaculate for viewings, despite having children!

She is dedicated to providing a personal service from start to finish, that will make Selling or Buying property a stress free experience!

What We Do:

Selling:
We offer a comprehensive service to help you sell your home, including advertising on up to 3 websites and accompanied viewings. We are available outside of normal working hours and will work hard to achieve a sale for you as quickly as possible. In this difficult market, we are determined to turn as many viewers into buyers as possible, and will help you negotiate a good sale price on your home.

Buying:
If you are buying a home let us help you find the perfect house for you! We will do our best to find you a home, taking into consideration your budget, preferred location, wish list etc. We can also talk you through the buying process from start to finish. No question is too silly to ask us, especially if you have never bought a property before!

Renting:
We offer a complete management service for landlords, taking the stress out of letting out your property. We complete extensive checks on new tenants, including a credit check, and do everything we can to ensure that we find the right tenant for your property.

Mortgage Advice:
Tom Evans is a qualified mortgage advisor, who has been arranging mortgages for over 30 years! He is available outside of normal working hours to assist you in finding a mortgage, and can help with re-mortgaging, buy-to-let mortgages and residential mortgages, as well as the Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Scheme.
