Ernestine’s breakfast is famous for return visitors and she effortlessly cooks from a menu which includes freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, homemade bread, organic porridge, home-made pancakes with maple syrup and an Irish breakfast with locally-sourced bacon, sausages and free range eggs.
