Capturing Schools - We deliver enjoyable, natural and relaxed school portraits and group photographs. Above all we seek a natural smile, that rare moment when the child’s personality shines through and is most evident. Photography should not be reduced to the level of a conveyor belt. The experience should be comfortable and memorable, producing photographs much loved. The image of your children and pupils is everything to us. We are passionate about what we do and parents notice this in our photography.

With a fast growing client list of 58 schools to date, we offer prompt, hassle free and reliable service. We take a firm hand in all of the aspects of the photography process. You can be content in the knowledge that you are in experienced and safe hands.

Local is best - Of course, our standards don't stop there. We have a local premises in Ballymena. After arriving there the photographs are printed and then prepared to be collected or delivered to your school. We do not rely on middle-men or third parties for production, preferring to exert complete control over the entire process. This along with our location, ensures direct and easy lines of communication as well as an efficiency and immediacy we bring to all of our tasks. The buck as they say, stops here.

Products and Services?

Range - We are fully-equipped and completely professional. Our ordering system is clear and concise and parents can order their child’s photos by post, by phone, via our online ordering system, or directly through the school. Having our own printing studio and premises enables us to offer a diverse and exciting range of products and packages. Whether it be key-rings or canvases, a single portrait or a variety in different sizes, we have it all covered. We offer affordability and quality in equal measure.

Access and Quality - Parents are free to ring or drop into the store and speak with us. Those photographs taken are put through an intensive and rigorous editing process and parents are provided with three different proofs to choose from; varying in pose and style. We have an extremely fast and reliable delivery service with all orders being processed within 2 weeks from the received date. We provide your pupils images already packed, sorted and ready to be taken home.

Commission - A commission on all orders made through the school ordering system within the first 2 weeks is also provided. This is calculated at 20% of the total sales for this period. Those schools currently using CS Moments Ltd have reported much higher parent participation and orders in lieu of the quality of the photography being offered. Furthermore, any staff with children attending your school are offered a discount on all orders.

Bonus - We also provide a staff board or staff photographs for your notice board completely free upon securing our services. Our panels and boards are top quality and will give a professional, high standard look. Owing to staff changes and at no additional cost we also update them on a quarterly or yearly basis. Should the staff prove camera-shy we offer P1-P7 group photographs framed and ready to hang on the wall, equally, at no cost. It should also be said that we are more than willing to provide photography for special events at your schools including graduation days, first communion, confirmations, sports days and any other events. Images can even be provided for school prospectuses. We are flexible and excel in meeting our obligations.
