Hilotherapy is the most effective therapy available for post surgery/injury recovery. It is 100% natural, harnessing only the healing attributes of cooling, which have been proven for centuries to help relieve pain, swelling and reduce potential bruising.

What makes Hilotherapy different?
- Hilotherapy consists of a device that pumps cold water around a series of anatomically fitted cuffs. It can be used all over the body: anywhere where swelling, pain and haematoma are present or need to be prevented.
