Estates 17 is a contemporary classic styled estate agency based in the heart of Walthamstow Village.

At Estates 17, we believe in working very closely with the local community. Our findings indicate to us that, in the past, estate agents haven't been perceived as a friendly business and at Estates 17, we believe that we are a breath of fresh air to the locals. We are genuinely nice friendly people to engage in business with.

We found the support from the local community being tremendous, as we are in very close collaboration with the E-List magazine (a specialist community magazine solely focused on Walthamstow).

Estates 17 is an environmentally friendly company. We have in the past experienced how much paper wastage can be involved in the estate agency field, and we have invested in some state of the art technologies, to being virtually paperless. Our agents use Ipads and mobile devices in the aim to cut down on our carbon foot print.

We use professional 3rd party photography services to achieve the best digital property particulars.

We have now our own inhouse social media expert, as we believe that it is a very important aspect of people's lives. This enables us not only to pro-actively reach out to communicate our new properties to new potential buyers, but also to friends and families of our local community.

Our service is tailor made on a case to case basis. Because we are a non-corporate fee driven company, we are able to provide a flexible & personalised service to all our clients.
