Hunter Penrose was originally founded in 1893 as A W Penrose & Co. The company built graphic equipment such as cameras and printing down frames. Today a large part of our business is with computer-to-plate systems which we market all over the world with a strong emphasis on the growing markets of Africa.
We also work on 'turnkey' projects where we act as main contractor for the supply of complete printing plant installations including presses and finishing equipment.
Our comprehensive consumables range includes CTP and conventional litho plates, printing blankets, press packing materials andpressroom chemicals.
We also market am excellent range of equipment for printmaking including etching presses and supplies.
