General information

Off The Menu Entertainment (OTM) is a privately held company founded in July 2004, registered in Delaware and New York State. Richard Spears is the sole founder and CEO, having started in the business as a former Internet Music Distribution Consultant and a BBC “Top of the Pops” Technical Producer. Prior to that, Richard started in show business as a promoter in 1992 and has worked with a vast array of talented artists and continue to work with professional musicians as well as develop up and coming artists.

OTM started as a DJ agency as a pioneer in cultivating some of the first and best Rockstar’s DJ's in the business, such as Peter Hook from New Order/Joy Division, Marky Ramone from the Ramones, and more. OTM then quickly moved into representing Grand Master Flash which eventually led us to be known as a Hip Hop / Urban agency as we continue to work with many great current hip hop acts and have been known to reunite quite a few hip hop legends as well.

In 2010, OTM launched an Artist Management division and a Label Management/Distribution division. In 2015, we have officially launched OTM Touring to replace all booking and agency work which will help redefine our live entertainment business.

For a boutique agency, we have a strong North and South American, Asian, Australian, and European touring networks through Clubs, Theaters, Arenas, Universities, and corporate/private events.
