Friendly Homecare aims to help people maintain their independence within their own homes by creating personalised solutions to support them in their activities of daily living.

We offer assistance and provide a range of practical, personal, specialist, and complex support for older adults, people with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, physical disabilities, palliative care needs, long-term conditions and many other personalised services. In addition, we provide guidance and advice on payment methods, budgets, planning & co-ordination of care, and reablement services.

We work with many different bodies including Local Authorities, the National Health Service, community care services, and private health care to individuals. Subsequently, we work to ensure that access and provision of services from us is person centred and current.

At Friendly Homecare, we are dedicated and passionate about delivering quality care services by ensuring that independence and involvement in decision making is encouraged and at the forefront of what we do. Quality Assurance is high on our Agenda and we carry out regular reviews to ensure that Service Users are satisfied. In addition, we continually monitor the service’s efficiency and reliability, identifying areas for improvement.
