Our IT support services are aimed at small businesses who need a reliable and affordable computer network. We position ourselves as your IT department taking over the day to day running of your computer systems, we proactively monitor server and business critical applications to ensure a smooth running company wide infrastructure. We cover the whole of North Wales and Chester, including Wrexham, Colwyn Bay, St Asaph and Caernarfon.

Our service is delivered by a dedicated team of technicians, providing telephone and remote support via industry acclaimed support tools. We also have a team of highly qualified field engineers who will visit client sites for scheduled upgrades or for emergency cover when required.

Most of our clients commit to an all-inclusive contract in which all monthly fees are fixed, this reduces financial risk and provides a stable IT cost for cash-flow budgeting. Others opt for an ad-hoc support service. Either way we aim to be flexible to ensure we get the right service for each customer. All of our services can be tailored to suit individual clients and their business needs.
