Company Introduction

The UK Service Lifts management team have now worked together for over 20 years and over the last 10 years as family owned business. We have a wealth of experience in the lift industry and have completed hundreds of successful projects throughout the country and on occasion overseas. Our workforce can draw on many years of experience from operating in many different work environments from care homes to high street banks to hospitals. Our staff are courteous and helpful and always considerate to their surroundings. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly and professional service to all recognising the dependence our customers expect from their equipment.

Our main objective is to supply and install Goods only and Service Lifts from 50kg to 2000kg in both commercial and residential environments. We are now able to offer machinery directive goods lifts capable of carrying an operative.

• Our work covers all aspects of industry, as we work closely with major institutions, the hotel and catering trade as well as the building industry in general for both corporate and many private clients.

• We continue to work closely with lift consultants, architects and builders ensuring the clients requirements are completely satisfied

• Due to our long standing relationship with the manufacturer we offer lead-times of on average 6 weeks for all bespoke orders from approval of drawings

• We carry a supply of stock service lifts, normally on site within 2 weeks, please ask for more details

• A spare parts division providing parts off the shelf, delivered to site next day

• All employees carry valid CSCS and ID cards, are first aid trained and undergo Health and Safety training annually

Our other specialist level of expertise is the ability to provide a complete “turnkey” solution offering:

• Full site investigation surveys prior to drawings being produces
• Erection of painted and lockable hoardings with appropriate signage
• Complete lift removal including safe disposal of waste materials (we are Licensed Waste Carriers)
• Complete shaft clean down removing any debris (painted if necessary)
• Installation and test of new equipment including associated electrical works, shaft lighting etc
• All general builders work, making good and final decoration to match existing surroundings
• Out of Hours working
• Health and safety documentation for every project

We pride ourselves with the capability of giving a first class job delivered to the highest standard with the shortest timescale possible, often working out of hours minimising disruption within the workplace.
