Jane has been working as an estate agent for almost 30 years and has experience in corporate, franchised and independent markets. She has experienced agency start-ups and has recently sold an award winning lettings agency to Countrywide plc. Jane knows exactly what is needed to build a successful agency having won over 40 major industry awards from 2008-2014 including the Overall Lettings Agency of the Year 2013 and the UK Best Small Estate Agency at The Times & Sunday Times Awards; the best UK Independent Lettings Agency 2008 & 2013 at The Negotiator Awards and the Gold Grand Prix UK Sales & Lettings Agency 2013 at the ESTAs. Jane is now available to help other agency owners to plan their growth or exit strategies and ensure that their business is compliant and ready to pass due diligence scrutiny from governing bodies or interested buyers.
