Gillian believe that it's her job as an Interior Designer to enable her clients to realize
their dreams and visions.Her passion is attention to detail. Strong planning & Interior
detailing skills provide dynamic, quality spaces. These can be rich or minimal
depending on the context, but never overdone. Gillian provides a seamless
transition from the Architectural setting to the luxurious furnishing scheme, using
forms with sumptuous textures & finishes.
For her, the creative challenge is to create a space that reflects the client, to gain
an understanding of their lifestyle and the intended use of the building, and is often
involved with the Architect at the planning stage, stressing the importance of good
architectural detailing, whether in a period home or a new building while maximising
the optimum use of space to ensure the practical use of the property. This can be
Contemporary or Traditional-whatever style suits the clients.
As well as Luxury commissions, Gillain has established a reputation for working
within budgets to give fantastic value, which far exceed client expectations.
The majority of Gillian's commissions continue to come by personal recommendations.
