Set inside a beautifully restored Georgian House we have created contemporary and funky small offices for entrepreneurs, freelancers and small businesses in York City Centre. With a great mix of private offices and co-working desk space, it’s affordable too, from £225 per month. For those who are happy to work from home but want a professional business address, we provide a virtual office address and have a fantastic meeting room to hire.

Ideally located on Blake Street right in the heart of York City Centre (very near to Betty’s!), our serviced office space is specially designed with small businesses in mind. Blake House has a dynamic community of individuals who are all looking for something different from their working environment. We are a friendly bunch and as well as the serious work of generating business, we also like to relax and grab a beer after work and have a general natter.
