Rodizio originates from Southtern Brazil where Gauchos (Cowboys) slow cooked savoury cuts of meat on large skewers over an open flame. Our rotating style of service is unique where experienced meat carvers (passadores) pass from table to table serving different cuts of meat which our expertly grilled to keep it succulent full of flavour.
Our Diners can also help themselves to wide choice of Brazilian Hot dishes including fish and fresh salads. To complete your Dining Experience we offer a variety of Home-made-desserts.
