Supplliers of fresh, frozen, smoked and salt fish. We source our fish from either local boat" Keila" or from the Shetland market. We source our scallops from Robbie Hutchison's boat the "Maggie J".
We smoke and salt fish on the premises. Products include smoked salmon, smoked mackeral, smoked haddock & smoked cod.
We salt haddock, ling, lythe and cod.
We serve fish & chips using our own processed fresh fish which ensures fish is fresh and boneless.
