Hi! I'm Tammy. I have been practising meditation for over 15 years and am a certified Meditation Teacher with BSoM. After meeting some lovely clients in the past few years, I wanted to find a different way to help more people to calm their mind. Therefore I've now started working as a Gong Sound Practitioner.
Meditation is something that can be enjoyed and benefited from by anyone. It is suitable for all ages and experience. It's not only a tool for relaxation but numerous studies have shown its benefits for our health and wellbeing.
I run different classes on various meditation techniques, gong sound bath and also Mandala workshop. My classes will be based in Swindon and Malmesbury. Further details will be posted here. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to know more.
