General information

PNE Shirt Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The PNE shirt prize draw is open to all persons aged 18 and over and resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees of Ad-Options UK Ltd, Preston North End FC and their immediate families.
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in the free prize draw. To enter the competition you will require internet access, plus an email address and a Facebook account.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Ad-Options Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
5. In order to be eligible to enter the prize draw, you must 'Like' the Brite-MatMouseMat.co.uk Facebook page and provide your name and current email address. All participants who do this will be eligible and automatically entered in the prize draw.
6. Each entrant that successfully enters their details will be eligible to win one of the following prizes:

1x Preston North End player-issue away shirt signed by our sponsored player, David Gray
1x Preston North End metal ball pen (limited issue and not available from the club shop)
1x Preston North End trolley-coin key ring (also limited issue and not available from the club shop)

7. The winners of the Prize Draw will be selected at random and Ad-Options Ltd will make the final decision. Winners will be selected on Friday 1st June 2012.
8. The winner will be notified by email and then via the Facebook wall on the day of the draw. If no response to the notification is received from the winners within 21 days, Ad-Options Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
9. The closing date for this competition is 11.59pm on Thursday 31st May 2012, No entries will be accepted after this time. You must still ‘like’ the Brite-MatMouseMat.co.uk Facebook page at the time of the draw.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. Ad-Options Ltd will not be responsible for any inability of an entrant to take up the specified prize.
11. The prizes will be delivered to the winners as soon as possible after the date of response from the winners. Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winner to bear.
12. Should the prizes become unavailable for any reason, Ad-Options Ltd reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.
13. Your data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this promotion and for creating marketing materials. Your details will be stored by the Ad-Options Ltd for future marketing campaigns. Your details are not collected by or shared with Facebook for the purposes of this promotion.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and by entering this promotion you hereby release Facebook from any liability in respect of this promotion.
15. It is a condition of entry that you hereby acknowledge that you may be asked to take part in other promotional activities and to provide further digital photographs of yourself for use in promotional or marketing materials by the Ad-Options Ltd.
16. Ad-Options Ltd reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or change the details of the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions without notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
17. The decision of Ad-Options Ltd on any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law.
