Make 'n' Take Ceramics

General information

We are a small family run business on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds offering regular ceramics classes for all. Whether you want somewhere to bring the kids or a retreat to escape from them!!

If you have enjoyed a session at a pot cafe then this is your chance to make a hobby of it! Our fun sessions are a great way to unwind, have a cuppa, meet new friends, have a laugh and make great ceramics too!!

Make great unique presents, colour co-ordinate your home or even make items to sell. Once you have the basics you can do your hobby at home too!

Most of our greenware and bisque is hand cast at out Studio, we are proud to say the are 'Made in Yorkshire'! Because you are working with dry clay items can be adapted and painted how you wish, your imagination is the limit!!

Not artistic? No worries we have a whealth of techniques and glazes that literally do the work for you, you just have to be willing to have a go!! You will be amazed what you can do.

Or have a go at making your own items with clay! Either hand building or on the potter's wheel!
