○The Studio○
Our St Albans head office offers a calm, relaxing environment which boasts a large spacious Pilates studio, perfect for focusing your fitness and health goals. We offer a brand new form of workout concept on the MOTR, designed to strengthen your core muscles, tone and improve movement in one short blast of 50 minutes. The equipment that we use is innovative and has been tailor made to hit all the correct muscles to leave you feeling the benefits for days after! We also offer a variety of ability levels for each class including yoga, core collective, BARRE, and TRX.

Clinic8 also specialise in sports injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Our aim is to get you and your injury back on track to full functional fitness. At Clinic8, we take a detailed past medical history and carry out a full musculoskeletal assessment in order to identify the cause of your injury, as well as treating the current symptoms.
We use a variety of soft tissue release and advanced instrument assisted soft tissue massage techniques to help address muscular tension. We utilise manual therapy techniques incorporating joint mobilization, acupuncture, and most importantly exercise prescription and clinical Pilates.
