General information
We are a peer led community organisation promoting positive mental health & well-being. We work hard to promote positive mental health & well-being by providing access to opportunities to engage with activities proven to support a positive sense of emotional well-being. We work hard to tackle stigma and discrimination faced by people experiencing mental health problems by speaking openly about mental ill-health. We hold information stalls and free training opportunities for the local community. Free self-help resources and information leaflets always available in our community cafe - along with a great cuppa and great chat!! Our pop-up community cafe currently runs in Stonehouse twice monthly on a Thursday 10am-2pm. dates available on facebook page.
