Kozy Cottage Childcare is a childcare provision set up by Claire Reynolds-Ayre and Kate Fuller. 2 childminders with 23 years of experience between them. Kozy Cottage provides a fresh approach to childcare which finds the balance between a nursery and a childminder. In current climate where employers are changing contracts and requiring workers to work flexible shifts/weekends/continental shifts etc. current childcare provisions are not flexible enough to meet the customer needs. a facility themed around a homely (kozy) environment adult to child ratios more in line with a childminder.

It can be to find someone to trust with the care of your child when you aren’t there and we aim to establish a sense of ‘belonging’ amongst the children who come here, while valuing and accepting each child as a unique individual. Children are sensitively cared for and thrive in a safe, child-centred, homely environment with stimulating resources. Our staff are carefully selected for their personal qualities as well as relevant checks or formal qualifications.
