With 30 year’s commercial experience, PPD is one of the leading embroidery digitizing departments in the UK. We specialise in converting artwork files into embroidery programs, these programs are then used by our clients to embroider their designs onto their products. We are dedicated to supplying a professional, high quality service at a competitive price to all areas of the textile industry throughout the UK.

Our Quality…

We are committed to supplying the highest quality possible, therefore all our designs are carefully digitised by hand using professional commercial digitizing software.

We do not use any auto punch digitizing software as this does not offer you the best overall quality available.

We pay close attention to minimising the amount of trims, colour changes and keep stitch counts down to a minimum without sacrificing the quality. This means that you will find our embroidery programs will run smoother and more efficiently on your machines, keeping your production costs down to a minimum, saving you time & money.

Delivery times…

If we receive your order by 11am we aim to return your digitised design to you the same day at no extra charge. Large Back and front chest designs may take longer to create and will be returned to you the next working day.

We will always do our upmost to accommodate any urgent design requirements where you need a faster turnaround. If the design is relatively simple we can return the design back to you within an hour.

Artwork services

We can work from any format of artwork including sewn samples, photographs, and sketches. If you do not have a design but you have an idea, our in house artwork service can help you create one before we take it through to the digitizing stage.

At this stage we can guide you through the digitizing design process and give advice you on achieving the best finish for your design.

Free Editing for PPD clients

Designs digitised by PPD are edited free of charge. This includes colour changes, resizing and adding or removing stitches.

Designs that have not been digitized by PPD will incur a small edit charge. This charge will depend on the complexity of the edit.

Free stitch counts and advice is available if required.
