Our home buying experience with Hartford was most pleasant. Moving from Southern California would not only be a logistical challenge, but so would selection of interior fixtures, finishes and some modifications all done from nearly 6000 miles away, difficult if working with an inflexible builder. No problem for Hartford. Norman Greenhalgh’s suggestions, responses to my questions and numerous e-mails with photos of interior item selections flowed endlessly until each issue was resolved.

Having just moved from a custom home, we appreciated the opportunity to make numerous personal interior selections of high spec fixtures and appliances offered by Hartford and even modify some to design an interior that fit our needs. Hartford’s management flexibility also came through in the final move. Our household goods arrived before we did. So they had a member of the staff receive and place our furniture in the home according to diagrams I provided. After move in, service response was quick and completed to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend a Hartford built home. Quality and attention to details is superb.
