The Isle of Man's only stockists of all things DANCE! Retailing brands from Bloch to Capezio, Freedto pineapple apparrel and everything in between!

Based in central Douglas, Adele's Dancewear has been running for more than 20 years, with staff being in the trade for more than 5 years, and most definitely know the ins and outs regarding everything dancing!

Kate Schofield and Adele Towns are our trained pointe shoe fitters, and have over 15 years of experience within this speciality. Anything you need to know about anything pointe shoes? You ask them! (They'll always have the answers!)

Originally, Adele's started as the 'Bridal House' and began distributing ''Freed'' ballet shoes. Twenty years on, and we are a specialist shop, and being one of few local retailers in Douglas that have a niche market. We now stock over 15 different dancewear/shoe brands, within different dance genres.

We have a close clientele with all Dance schools and theatre societies on and off the Island, keeping up to date with all dance trends on and off shore. We frequently meet with teachers, watch productions and visit trade shows, to make sure we meet the high requirements of the dance world on the Isle of Man. Although we are only a small Island of just under 90,000 people, we are without a doubt blessed with talent. The arts community on the Island are so lucky with the amount of theatre productions, dance schools and workshops that are on offer, and with such experience many of our consumers are going off shore turning professional, however still choosing 'Adele's Dancewear' as their clothing provider, meaning we constantly have to meet demands.
