RESTORE was founded by Paul Martin in 2005 and continues to offer neuromuscular assessment and movement re-education to athletes and everyday people alike, utilising specialist soft tissue therapy when appropriate.
Our aim is to use specific movements and tasks to create conditions that challenge the nervous system to organise the joints, muscles and movements differently.

We utilise focused soft tissue manipulation only when necessary to support and facilitate the re-organisation of compensatory movement patterns and associated soft tissue stress or injury. We work with you to assist in your journey towards solving ‘unsolvable’ pain, taking your nervous system on a journey of re-discovery!
