We are a Manchester based specialist staff and contract personnel sourcing service. We are pro-actively aiding skilled engineers and other related disciplines to re-engineer their current skilset into and between the energy industries. We provide personnel from the UK and worldwide and tap into locations and resources not serviced by other recruitment services. Our focus is on provision of permanent staff but we are happy to assist with temporary/contract personnel also.

We pro-actively seek out engineers, designers and other personnel with transferable skills from outside the energy industries (talk to us for further information).

We are highly customer focussed and will do all within our power to meet your expectations.

We provide a highly competitive finders fee based service only, all personnel are engaged by the client (yourselves) or your internal agency.

We invoice for a finder fees only so no need for pre-qualification, no worry regarding our financial stability etc.

We assist potential employees with any required training requirements where possible.

We take care to ensure submitted candidates skills align with your job specification (we can assist with producing a job specification if required).

We will work closely with you to source the most suitable candidates, organize interviews, arrange venues etc etc.

We tailor the level of service you require to meet your needs, this can range from providing candidates for one specific difficult to fill vacancy through to a full recruitment partnering arrangement.
