Based on the French cooking method 'en papillote', the pouches securely lock in natural juices that infuse with the food inside. Foods stay moist and tender without the need of additional oils or fats. The pouches keep heavy odours from escaping into your kitchen, and won’t leak during cooking. When your food is done cooking, simply toss the used pouch in the trash/recycling and you’re all done with clean up!

The *self-venting* EasyView Window on top means you can easily check on your food during cooking without losing any aromas. Afterwards, simply peel off the window to serve straight from the bag.

QUICK & EASY TO USE:
1. Close by hand by folding the open end twice & pressing down to seal.
2. Steam, grill or roast on the BBQ or in the oven. Qbag expands to create a steamy cooking chamber and automatically self-vents steam and pressure around the window area.
3. Peel back the window to stir or add more ingredients. TO ROAST: Remove the window film fully halfway through cooking.
4. Serve straight from the bag.

S a f e t y T i p s:
! We recommend placing the Qbag on a baking tray when putting the Qbag in the oven.
! The bag and window will be hot after cooking so take care when serving.
! Keep window facing upwards at all times.
! Maximum oven temp 210'C/400'F.
! Keep BBQ/grill hood up, unless the window film has been fully removed.
! DO NOT use in a microwave.
! Max. cooking time with the window: 2 hours.
