We are situated in converted stable buildings in the leafy grounds of a 17th century manor house. Located on the outskirts of Norwich, The Elms Business Space is within easy access of Norwich Airport and the soon to be opened Northern Distributor Route. We are also convenient to local transport links and have free, ample onsite parking.

Our professional business space accommodates groups from 2 to 50 people and is perfect for meetings, presentations, training sessions, conferences and networking events. We provide locally sourced refreshments and catering options to suit your needs, upon request.
