Once in, viewings, feedback sales and referencing progression can all be checked allowing you the peace of mind that we are actively attending to your expectations as a client.

Selling

Bucking the trend, we at BMA Estates utilise the most advanced technologies to keep our vendors up to date. Our recognition of this being a service industry has led to our use of a computer system which allows third party access from you our client. Once logged on you will be able to see feedback, call logs, upcoming viewings and marketing details along with sales progression once agreed.

Our full range of services stretch to include online only, a fast growing sector which we feel should not be ignored. Developments in technology and increases in the knowledge of consumers has lead to the fast growth of this as a product and requirement for agents to include. Wishing to keep up with the demand we offer a full online service from initial valuation by our Sales Director to complete listing on all our portals.

Letting

Whether you wish to manage your property or allow us we will provide a fully responsive service other’s simply cannot. Landlords will have the ability to access information on viewings, referencing progression, maintenance reports and statement of accounts twenty-four hours a day through a personal login to our system. As experienced agents we will be there to both help and assist if the worst were to happen with tenancy disputes or debt recovery; these incidents will be remote however as all tenants go through strict referencing processes overseen by our vastly experienced Lettings Director.
