We seek to provide the best goods from reliable suppliers at "value for money" prices without sacrificing quality. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any product we will deal with your situation in a way which we hope leaves you satisfied with our service. Jet Set Saddlery & Countrywear was established in 1989 by the present owners and we are "big enough to cope and small enough to care". Our superstore and distribution centre is located at Dundonald, Ayrshire, Scotland on a 1.2 acre site with ample parking space for cars and lorries.

The Jet Set Price Promise

Price Promise - We will match the price of any item we stock, that another supplier sells and has in stock ...

1. It is the same product (seemingly same products can have different specifications)

2. It is not on special offer (we will only match the other suppliers normal price)

3. Evidence of an alternative Supplier’s price is provided/obtained

4. If carriage costs have to be paid to obtain the goods the suppliers delivery charge has to be added to their price to arrive at a `matching price’

5. A refund equal to the difference in price will be paid if within 7 days a customer can prove that they could have purchased the goods elsewhere - the difference under this term must be more than £1. Excludes wormers and saddles sold as part of Saddle Fitting Service.
